Hello, I’m Alex Evans, founder of Café Boquete, where passion for Panamanian coffee meets generations of family tradition. My family roots run deep in the country of Panama, with generations of coffee farming heritage originating there. Growing up, I was immersed in my family's passion for coffee, hearing stories of the rich traditions and meticulous craftsmanship involved in cultivating the perfect cup. With my family's strong ties to Panama and their involvement in coffee farming, I developed a profound appreciation for the artistry and dedication behind each batch of coffee beans as well as the Cascara Coffee Cherry Tea.

Selecting Café Boquete as my venture was a natural choice, driven by my desire to honor my family's heritage and share the exceptional flavors of Panamanian coffee with the world. My connection to Panama fuels my commitment to sourcing the finest coffee beans and coffee cherries directly from local Panama farms, including those owned by my family and close friends.
